About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Oil Trans BV., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under number 13030139, with its registered office in Maasbracht, the Netherlands.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Oil Trans BV., and "you" means anyone who uses the website.

Information only, not an offer

This website gives general information about our company and the services we provide. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, buy, store or transport any product, and no contract can be formed through the website.

Every transaction with us is subject to a separate written agreement, signed or confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Oil Trans BV., and to our general terms and conditions, which we will send you before any contract is concluded. Where anything on this website differs from such an agreement, the agreement prevails.

Prices, availability, transit times and other commercial information mentioned on the website are indicative only and may change without notice.

Product information and specifications

The specification tables on this website summarise key limits from the published standards we sell against. They are provided for information and do not replace the full standard or the specification set out in a contract. The edition of a standard that applies to a delivery is the one stated in, or in force on the date of, the relevant contract.

Statements about what a product is suitable for, including its use in particular engines or its emissions performance, are general in nature. You remain responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your own equipment and purposes.

Offers and documents in our name

Criminals sometimes use the names, logos and registration details of real fuel companies to make fraudulent offers. We are not responsible for, and are not bound by, any offer, document, payment instruction or other communication that falsely claims to come from us.

We never ask for fees in advance, never issue storage receipts or similar documents before a contract has been signed, and never ask for payment to a private account. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
